Long time no blog! Of course, I never intend the lapse to be so long... Internet coverage has been pretty spotty the last couple months. I must admit that I get lazy waiting for my old laptop to start up as well as load photos. :(
We're currently finishing up a fantastic hike in Oregon's Columbia River Gorge. The week brought fun people and beautiful hiking weather together. Even as it was cold and rainy this morning at Timberline Lodge / Mt. Hood, we managed to drive a few miles down the road and get several miles of dry hiking in before heading to lunch in Hood River. We hit rain again as we drove the group back to Portland late this afternoon. Sigh. We sure lucked out with the weather & the views!
